I recommend new students or those looking for a
more moderate pace begin with our other classes,
private lessons or
Beginners Series (Next
Beginners Series will start when a group will form).
The Beginners Series is for those who are brand
new to yoga and those who would like a refresher.
Start at the beginning, learning the basic yoga
postures, how to move into and safely hold them.

All yoga styles emphasize the importance of letting
go of competition and judgment, being in the present
moment, and embodying the qualities of compassion
and acceptance. Begin your practice in the class that
fits your schedule and your level of experience.

Child's Pose.
Practicing yoga before and during my pregnancy helped to keep my body
toned and flexible and helped me to stay focused and breathe!! Which
ultimately contributed to a wonderful happy healthy natural delivery!

other classes. Knowledge of the basic poses is
assumed, with posture variations and breathing
practices to help you deepen your experience.
During this class, students flow in and out of
postures while moving to the rhythm of their breath.
These classes build greater strength, flexibility, and
stamina.
